Culture of Romania’s Organizations
Between October 2021 and April 2022, we carried out an extensive national research on the topic of organizational culture and leadership. 137 companies and their leaders were involved. More than 2,000 individual respondents answered about the culture of their organization, about their leaders, about the aspirations they have from the place where they work.
The conference on October 14th focused on the impact that the the concern for organizational culture has. We highlighted what has changed and what has remained constant compared to the data we have from previous researches in 2009 and 2010.
From where did we start, where are we going, what has changed and what is constant? How concern for organizational culture helps us, regardless of our role: as leaders, as human resources people, as employees or customers.
