HS Culture Accreditation
Organizational Development using Organizational Culture Inventory® [OCI®], Organizational Effectiveness Inventory® [OEI] and Customer ServiceStyles™ [CSS] to diagnose organizational culture, climate and styles of interaction and customer service
Upon accreditation you
- will experience working with Human Synergistics tools
- will clarify the conceptual differences between organizational climate and culture
- will easily identify and diagnose elements of organizational culture
- will be able to integrate elements related to organizational culture and the development of organizations in discussions with clients
- will integrate Human Synergistics tools into the development programs you propose to clients or that you already run in the organizations where you work
- will use, as a work tool, the complex climate and organizational culture diagnosis report (OCI-OEI feedback report)
- will identify the cause-effect relationships related to the organizational culture and you will be able to identify quickly and targeted ideas for change or complex action plans
- will learn a conceptual model to explain how organizations work and how causal relationships are formed within them
- will propose complex change projects with the Diagnosis-Prognosis-Intervention model in mind
- will use the CSS Report (Customer ServiceStyles) to align the internal organizational culture with the customer service strategy
- will know how to use the simulation Envisioning a culture for Quality both to raise awareness about the importance of organizational culture in customer service but also to understand how the perception of quality and excellence in customer service is formed
