- Will understand which thinking patterns are effective and which are not

- Will understand how teams work and how we can increase their effectiveness

- Will understand the two aspects of the decision-making process: the rational process and the interpersonal process in decision-making
- Will distinguish between decisions taken by consensus vs. compromise
- Will identify the mechanisms that increase productivity in teams
- Will be ready for the first debriefing session using the tools covered
