Iuliana is the General Director of Human Synergistics Romania. Since the beginning of Human Synergistics in Romania, Iuliana had the role and mission of making known the concept of organizational culture in our country. She initiated numerous projects – organized conferences, published books, led national researches – and provided all those interested with the latest and most useful information in the field. She formed a network of over 600 accredited consultants, was directly involved in over 100 organizational culture diagnosis projects and initiated 3 of the most far-reaching national researches, the only ones, in fact, in the field of organizational culture. She has published over 100 opinion articles on people and organizations.
Before that she studied sociology at the University of Bucharest.
She has an impressive collection of shoes that she never gets to wear. She doesn’t like to waste her time.
She believes that every man has his own subjective truth and understanding this subjective truth increases the quality of our relationships with those around us. She is convinced that most of the time, things should be seen from others’ shoes.

For the past 8 years, Adi has been working at Human Synergistics, most recently as an Organizational Culture Consultant. He supports clients to understand in-depth the results in their diagnosis reports. He has helped 100+ Accredited HS Consultants learn how to use and develop interventions using HS instruments. He has facilitated over 200 individual debriefing sessions and over 500 workshop hours using HS exercises and instruments.
Before that, Adi was a member of the youth organization AIESEC and the Alternative University (CROS). As is true to the Transylvanian stereotype, he took his time figuring out what he wants to do, so first he studied history at the University of Bucharest and only later decided to go for Psychology at the Ecological University. He is currently training in Ericksonian Psychotherapy and Hypnosis.
He likes to play boardgames and PC games. If it’s complex, can be optimized and rewards using strategies he’ll love playing it, but also explaining to you how it works and why that’s the optimal way.
He believes the world would be a better place if people took more time for themselves and their well-being. Especially if they were to go and see a good therapist, at least for a while 😊

Diana este Director de Operațiuni la Human Synergistics România. Face parte din echipa HS de peste 10 ani și-n tot acest timp activitatea ei preferată a rămas să stea de vorbă cu consultanții și clienții HS. Totodată se bucură foarte mult atunci când reușește să rezolve tot felul de cereri, care mai de care mai atipice…pentru toate găsește soluția potrivită.
Înainte de asta a studiat Marketing la ASE, a făcut parte din asociația studențească Ecotur și a avut tot felul de joburi de student.
Îi place să se bucure de timpul petrecut acasă în familie, de excursiile în natură, să iasă cu prietenii și să citească. Nu-i plac oamenii agresivi și prăjiturile cu foarte multă ciocolată.

Mădălina has been an Organizational Psychologist and Consultant at Human Synergistics for almost 3 years.
She successfully coordinated one of Human Synergistics’ largest projects, the 2021-2022 National Research on Organizational Culture and Leadership. She facilitates debriefing sessions for individual development, handles various projects within HS and contributes to writing proposals for clients. As part of the National Research Project, she interacted with over 130 organizations and supported several in understanding their results from the culture survey.
Previously, she was a Project Manager in several multinational companies within the field of IT and also worked as a translator.
When she’s not doing any of these, she’s facilitating coaching and art counseling sessions, as well as spending time with her 3 little girls. She likes nature and the sea, planning holidays (you have to get there somehow! 😊 ) and reading. She doesn’t like wasting time in traffic.
She believes that if we take ownership over our lives, we will find resources to become happier and more fulfilled.

Project Manager at Human Synergistics Romania for almost 4 years, Andreea deals with organizational diagnosis projects, i.e. she does everything related to the preparation of projects in the platform, generating reports, liaising with project managers/consultants responsible for projects from clients. Only last year she coordinated the running of 15 complex OCI-OEI diagnostic projects involving over 10,000 respondents and managed over 1000 LSI reports.
Before that she worked in an advertising company for 3 years.
When she’s not doing that, she spends time with her family. She enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, baking, reading and sometimes just relaxing on the couch.
She does not like injustice and waking up early in the morning.
She believes that the world would be a better place if people were less selfish.
