Iuliana Stan
Iuliana is the General Director of Human Synergistics Romania. Since the beginning of Human Synergistics in Romania, Iuliana had the role and mission of making known the concept of organizational culture in our country. She initiated numerous projects – organized conferences, published books, led national researches – and provided all those interested with the latest and most useful information in the field. She formed a network of over 600 accredited consultants, was directly involved in over 100 organizational culture diagnosis projects and initiated 3 of the most far-reaching national researches, the only ones, in fact, in the field of organizational culture. She has published over 100 opinion articles on people and organizations.
Before that she studied sociology at the University of Bucharest.
She has an impressive collection of shoes that she never gets to wear. She doesn’t like to waste her time.
She believes that every man has his own subjective truth and understanding this subjective truth increases the quality of our relationships with those around us. She is convinced that most of the time, things should be seen from others’ shoes.
